I can't go to sleep! HELP!
It's the middle if the night, I am itchy and tired but no matter how hard I try I can't sleep!
I can't buy anything right now, I can't get warm milk and I am raging my head off right now.

It's just insomnia, completely normal. Either that or the internet.
just stay up until u fall asleep
thats what i do i watch videos and just do stuff

Best thing to do. Get a prescription for a pill.
Calm all your muscles then, close your eyes, then, take deep breaths while thinking of nothing...if this does not work in about 25 minutes well I don't know...I have a hard time sleeping aswell...
Well I Haven't been able to sleep for the whole summer. I have had Insomnia for about 2 months.
