Anybody can share Optifine 1.8.9 pre installed?

Hi, Last week my dad bought me Minecraft but I have family controls and I want to add optifine to the launcher but, java is not allowed on parental controls does anybody share optifine 1.8.9 pre installed you can make

People technically can't provide the pre-installed version of Optifine because that'll be breaking Mojang's EULA for redistributing their game files. The Optifine installer doesn't contain any Minecraft files but the pre-installed, extracted version does. Ask your dad to install Optifine for you or to temporarily disable the parental controls.

Can you elaborate what you mean by Java is not allowed on parental controls?
Are you not allowed to install optifine on your pc? Are you not allowed to install it from the website?
Is your dad good with technology? If so, you can show him youtube videos of people recommending optifine and he can get it for you instead of asking here

As your dad knows what is safe and what is not can you tell him to install optifine for you? Make sure you show him like 5 youtube videos with lots of likes/views on how to install optifine/what optfine is
i know how to install optifine i need pre installed!
Why do you need it preinstalled when you can ask your dad to install it for you????
