REQUESTING PRE ALPHA 1.6.2 SERVER TESTERS

Just a heads up: I lost my full account. It's Darkhawkz7z.
Servers require an intense amount of work to get started; we all know that. For some reason, I actually enjoy the frustration presented when setting up the files that amount to college books. As I go through every plugin installed, it becomes increasingly obvious that I need assistance tweaking things that just won't be able to be done alone, being one is the loneliest number and all.
I'm looking for Pre Server Release Testers. Now, don't worry, I know i'm not going to get a lot of submissions, but the few submissions I do manage to obtain, must satisfy my standards. People need to have bit of knowledge regarding each of my plugins installed. A person who signs up with no experience with server maintaining what so ever will not get the job.
If i'm asking for help, why do I even bother with a server, right? Hosting servers gives me some kind of gratification that I can't explain. It feels good, and being able to watch and see hard work turn into fun for others, is a great thing. Unfortunately, my time is limited, like many other server owners, since I am a college student and papers are flying my way.

Must be a mature and sensible individual willing to sacrifice time to help keep my server out of the coffin.
Needs to follow command. Even though you may help run it by a large percentage, you don't own it.
Required to realize that they're being asked to perform a job, to search for server bugs and problems, and it may not be as much 'fun' as the average joe thinks.
What i'm pretty much asking is for Moderators, but you won't be necessarily be guaranteed a Mod tag right away.
18+ issue. Any Adult server owner should or would prefer their server Admins/Mods to be 18+ but, because of how vastly scrambled the Minecraft community is age-wise, I may make acceptation.
Regarding knowing info on the plugins used. It's a harsh thing to ask and I understand if you may not know a lot about some of the plugins, but you need to know SOMETHING. Why would I ask someone for help that lacks the proper knowledge in the first place?

I could help test your server. I am 15, though I don't think age should matter. I am willing to spend hours working on this server with you and my other minecrafters. I have a great Imagination in my opinion, and I'm great at building(I know my profile doesn't show it) this is because I mainly build on the Amalthea Networks server project. I am experienced with using most building plugins such as W.E, W.G, and V.S and some of the miscellaneous plugins on that list. I understand how to use DrugsXL, MobArena, noLagg, mcMMO, Badspam, and Anouncer. I follow commands and work great with my peers.

Thank you for the fast reply. Do you know anything about the plugins? Do you meet all the requirements, if so, which ones. Better yet, which requirements don't you fit? You don't need to tell me how old you are, but you do need to broadly state if you are under the age of 18.
