New Server Need Staff

Hello EVERYBODY,
My name is Switch_jay(apparently it was taken on PMC so i went with switch-jay) and I am starting up a new server. I am an 18 year old college student who has played minecraft for a long time and is looking to start up a proper server. Before I have home hosted server so me and my friends can screw around but now I am getting serious about this. It is going to start off small, as in a PVP server then grow into a Hub server with a bunch of cool minigames ( Prop hunt, Survival Games,Etc)
So I am going to need people to help me get this server off the ground. I am American so I would prefer my staff be american, so we can all converse at the same time. ( Its kinda a hassle to stay up til 3am just to make sure a staff member isn't F***cking around and abusing their powers. It doesn't happen ALL the time but, I am speaking from experience.)
So I am looking for the following positions:
Permissions Guy: I will know if you are talking out of your ass.
Plugins guy : Has to have prior knowledge about Faction and mini game plugins.
Moderators: What do you think a moderator does-_-
Admin: ONLY ONE and you'll have to gain my trust for that one so you will start off a moderator and if i deam you trustworthy. You will become admin.
Builder: For spawn (Link me to your work.)
Advertiser: to get people on the server DUH.
NOTE: 15 and older to apply. I have my reasons. -_- (If you want them I'll tell them to you if you get accepted.)
You also have to be MATURE you can not be fazed when somebody is attempting to troll you.
