Expirence:Im a very experienced member of staff as I Have Been Staff On Many Minecraft Servers.Im Currently Dev and Admin On a Server Called The Red Zone which i can give you the ip if you want.Ive Owned a Minecraft Server/Network In The Past And Know some basic and advanced setup and config.I Could be the server Dev or Just an Admin if you would like.
What to do if someone is spamming: As Some Servers have different rules towards spamming and hacking as such i would Warn The Player then Mute Them for 5mins if the player does not comply to the rules after that i would kick the player and jail and mute the player for 5m if he continues to spam after his punishment is up i would tempban the player for 2hours.
What to do if someone is hacking: Well as Hacking is bad Id Get Enough Proof of them doing so then ban the hacker.
What to do if someone is griefing: Well Most Factions Servers Greifing is alllowed so.... if its not id rollback the damage and jail the user possible tempban
