Over the last year or so we have built and expanded a city consisting of small to large sized homes. The newer homes look great, but some of the older ones could use a touching up.

I am looking for a builder who would be interested in going through existing structures and improving them fairly quickly. Some houses may need to be demolished and reconstructed, but most of them would be fine with some more windows, or a change in material.

In order to do the job at a reasonable pace you should also have at least a basic understanding of world edit.

To summarize, the job does not primarily involve creating structures from scratch. It is about looking at something imperfect, and quickly being able to find ways to make it better.
