Minecraft New server Need staff

I need a good team of staff to manage the server for about a week. I have a DarkRP Gmod server that i have spent time and money into but minecraft is way easier to manage. Usually i can do the stuff my self but i have no time. I taught myself coding and etc for minecraft servers so i know what i want. Gmod is way different.
What i'm looking for:
You can miss up to atleast 3 days in a week on the server.
You need to be trustworthy and not do any harm to the server.
Ages 13+
I need:
Coder {1} (Plugin Configuration / Group Manager ranks) Ranked as - Co-Owner
Builders {4} (Building spawn / Warps / shop) Ranked as - Admin
Go Getter {5} (Advertise the server and make us feel great AFTER everything is complete) Ranked as - Mod
