If you must know, I am a 19 year old, and I run a Tekkit server with 70-100 people on 24/7. I run on a Dedicated server with the following specs:
OS: CentOS
RAM: 32GB DDR3 ram
CPU: Intel Xeon E3-1270v2 (Best processor possible)
1x 120GB SSD (the server runs off of this)
1x 80GB SATA (for extra backups)
1 Gbps Uplink Port.
Hosted in Dallas, TX. USA

I hate to be a downer, but what are you thinking? Why would someone who hosts the server want to share ownership with you? If you want anyone to even consider it, we need a current IP, So we can check out your server, and look at your maps, interview your players, etc. We need to make it worth our while. Nobody wants to waste their time with a 11 year old's unsuccessful server. You have to show us that it isn't one, or that it won't become one.
