Why do you wanted to be a staff member: I want to be a part of your server because i love to help the community of people and i want to be with you on your adventure to the end of the server. I would try as hard as i could to help with everything even if i am not the best at it. I will always obey my fellow co-workers and the owners, if i ever see anyone {as in staff} disobeying their rules as a staff member i wouldn't take upon myself and demote them, i would tell you as soon as possible and let you decide
What will you do if you are a helper and caught someone hacking: I would most likely tell another staff member online and if there is not another staff online i would contact you as soon as possible.
What are your promises for being a staff member: I promise to never abuse, cheat anyone, or ban people for a wrong unfair reason. I will always live up to my promise and if i am demoted/rejected i will accept it and not get mad. I will always be dedicated, listen to my fellow staff/owners, and always try to help out.

Why do you want to be interviewed: I'v always enjoyed staffing and assisting servers in developing player bases, and just joining along in the journey to become something. It's nice to look back and say I was apart of this experience and that I helped solve problems and other things that could affect the overall experience for any of the players who logged in and joined the community.(I will explain more if this is taken into a skype interview)

Why do you want to be interviewed:
I think I meet the requirements for the staff team because I can help out newcomers settle into the wonderful server as they work their way to get a high prison rank, and possibly try out PvP if they haven't. I have noticed a lot of people who have played for a while still need help whereas on tips to earn money (We all have that problem), creating a good player shop with lots of customers, and pvping with strategy. I like to spend hours at a time on the server and enjoy helping people out whenever they need it.
I am very active on the forums, responding to threads and creating a fun and enjoyable forum community for all. I like to create threads that allow people to try something new or I just respond to previously created threads. I feel that being active on the forums is necessary for a staff member because they can help out people who may not be able to come online and report it. As I live in China, I cannot help out players in the USA first-hand but I can give them tips and the help they need via the forums.
A problem I notice on the server is that people spam/advertise their plots or just random things a lot and it just makes the chat hard to read. Also there are some players who are just really mean to others and they make the community unfriendly. If anyone has any questions or any concerns they have in game, I will help them to my best ability and try to solve their problem. As an Admin I will kick/mute all these people immediately and accordingly. I will always adjust my punishments for different wrong-doings.
For example, if someone spams the chat over and over I will give them a warning for spam. If they keep on spamming they will receive a 10 minute long mute, if this does not keep them quiet I will double the mute length each time. Thus, solving the problem of dealing with spammers. However for advertisers I will permanently mute them and report them to a higher ranked staff member to do the banning.
Also one of the things that a lot of people complain about are hackers. Hackers are people who use mods or other things that don't come with Vanilla mine craft to give them an advantage over other players. If I am suspicious about someone hacking, I will tell them to say .help, .who or .legit to see if they are hacking. If they refuse to do it I will ban them for hacks, which I know the server has NO toleration for. If they do type the requested and I am still suspicious, I will request a Skype call with them and ask them to share their screen to me. If I see any hacks or anything that is out of the ordinary that gives them an advantage I will ban them permanently, I will not accept any excuses. Next, hackers will always be reported to the staff chat so I have proof and if they do somehow get back on the server, other staff will know to ban them right away.
