Die was?
the way a totem works is it revives you at the location you died, with a few status effects to give you enough time to get out of the situation. but being trapped or falling into the void are not going to be helped by this. unless you needed a few more seconds to equip new rockets...

It doesn't work, you just die.
Pretty sure you just die, totem revives you, then you die again.
the totem doesny work in y 0
actually, the totem doesn't even activate. if you have keepinventory on then you will still have the totem
