I think they should like drop 1x1x2, 2x2x1,4x4x4, statues of whatever the boss was so like

Thats just me but i think it would be kinda cool

there is such a thing as a super creeper! It is created by striking a normal creeper with lightning. dont battle one if you can help it. if you have to, use tnt.
I say the scary monster may be a dragon or sea monster
notch has tweeted about there being a "scary monster" in 1.8 and on the 1.7 update there was a skin file for a silverfish which in real life is a material eating insect with no wings.
Well if bosses do come out i think it would probably be a 1v1 just you on the boss. Such as in your example that would be unfair such as ten ghasts that is near impossible to do without hiding in a cobblestone hut and shooting them down
But Ghast boss would have like 10 of his annoying regular Ghast's spewing fireballs at you while you try to kill the boss.
