Help! Not letting me enter MC!
So i was fiddling with the code and messed up my game, I'm like, oops. So I deleted Minecraft and reinstalled it from minecraft.net. Then, when I was going onto Minecraft,
it didnt let me press the "play" button. It just said loading versions. So I deleted MC and reinstalled it once again. Same thing happened.
So if u know what's going on, plz help!

You know you gotta goto %appdata% Right?
NOOOOOOOOOOO.......... I can't actually find .minecraft.
Are you using a mac or pc?

WOOP. Forgot the most important part. If you have any maps in there you want to keep, go into .minecraft, then to saves, and click and drag out the worlds you want to the desktop. THEN delete. I did that once; goodbye, 4 month old survival world.

Did you delete the launcher or the actual game files? The launcher will only change the program used to open Minecraft, not the actual code used to run the game. To find the code, go to your start button, %appdata%, Roaming, and .minecraft will be right there. Delete that, and then reinstall with a fresh launcher.
