Have I been banned from PlanetMinecraft?

My userpage usually shows up with how many submissions i have, how many views, downloads i have, but today it came up with nothing, also the user bar on the top of the website just comes up with

usually there is an XP Bar, with my profile picture
WHERE IS EVERYTHING GONE
or have i been banned? :O

happens to me a lot, but don't mind it just relogin
There is no avatar or XP bar in the forum section... Just a reminder.
it usally does that just keep refreshing of go on later
