Can someone teach me how to PvP better?
I've been wanting a PvP trainer badly because I am so bad at Java PvP that even a fresh noob could beat me. Therefore, could someone train me how to PvP on PvP Legacy?
(I want to PvP like the YouTuber Ashswag because I am a very laggy player. I do not get hit cooldowns since I'm new to Java and have mainly played Bedrock edition for 10 years or so.)
If you are willing to train me in PvP feel free to let me know! I had hollyrilla as my PvP trainer before, and I still did not get it.
(Thread cannot be deleted so I just hid it. I am going to try getting PvP help somewhere else because I cannot work with mods or anything else. Mods keep crashing for me or not showing up.)

I just trained starting with the basics with my friend, both of us could barely fight a creeper that time but now I can handle hordes of zombies
Try starting with 1 Zombie

Remember the differences between versions
Axes are worse than swords in 1.8
Fishing rods push in 1.8 but pull in 1.9+
You can crit while sprinting in 1.8 but not 1.9+
Mob knockback functions differently in 1.8 than in 1.9+
I would also like to suggest you try to optimize your game, as it will improve your ability to aim and probably your ability to improve your aim.
Heavily recommend using optifine for anything before 1.14 and you should definitely enable fast render if you don't use shaders.

Been playing Java since 2021, I can say 1.9 PvP system sucks, I too am bad at playing PvP/BedWars but I still playing those to this day.
My only recommendation is get Lunar Client, it will reduce your lag, it's totally safe, Hypixel once sponsored it, it can prevent you to be in the same server/mini-server with a hacker. It can help you to be better at PvP, but only through CPSs and some in-client mods, but I haven't improved *shrug*. But pretty much it reduces your lags. Just use the 1.8 version of LC.

The thing is that I, personally, cannot get mods or any other clients for Minecraft. They always end up either crashing or breaking on me. Thank you for the potential help, however!
