Sometimes you need to do //gmask <block ID,air>
Unless you're trying to move them into something other than an empty block?

If you're using WorldEdit:
//gmask <block ID>
//move <number of blocks> <direction>
//gmask <block ID>
//move <number of blocks> <direction>
Thanks! But when i move em, they just delete / are disappeared.
Ohh, I now see it should have been: /clone <x1> <y1> <z1> <x2> <y2> <z2> filtered move <ID>
Yes you can, /clone <x1> <y1> <z1> <x2> <y2> <z2> filtered replace <ID>. It will clone the blocks and than replace the cloned blocks with air.
Why thank you! Can you explain in more detail? Is that an MCedit thing?
Not it is not.

Ahh, thank you!
I'm sorry to say this, but I'm not sure this is possible. I've tried my best to do some research on this, but the closest I could find was
"Use worldedit to replace the choosen block. Make it visible and move the section up and to the side"
