Is there a data pack for quasi-infinite durability?

I'd like to have a data pack that either makes all items unbreakable by default (no commands necessary), or has such high durability that it would take years and years, with no breaks or sleep, to actually break them. Like ... durability that is just a hundred 9's in a row.
Is there a data pack like that, compatible with 1.19.2?

You could set up a datapack that detects what's in a player's backpack, sort them into "Tools" and "Not Tools", and put a unbreakable tag on them.
