Any data packs that give me easy-to-make chunk loader items?

Chunk loaders are hella useful, but they are a pain in the ass to set up. They require loads of redstone and nether portals.
I found a few datapacks that purport to be simple chunk loaders, but most of them haven't been updated in years. It's a foregone conclusion they won't be compatible with 1.19.

Chunk loading is a 1 command operation. If you want to set chunks to stay loaded manually and have cheats on, you can use the command
/forceload add ~ ~
to keep the chunk you are standing in loaded.
To test if the chunk you are standing in is force-loaded, use
/forceload query ~ ~
And to let it unload naturally again you can do
/forceload remove ~ ~
Some of the old datapacks are likely still compatible. The only MAJOR change since 1.16 that would mess up an existing datapack is that /replaceitem was turned into /item replace ... with ..., so unless the pack uses that it could work.
