Roblox is saying my vr is disconnected but it not

i know this is not place for help like this but i have no where to go
so
basically roblox is saying my vr is disconnected but it not bc it has not they is just like no way it could be disconnecting.
if you know any ways to fix it say
i have Rift S
and it oculus app say usb connection is not working idk why.
