I just reached level 20-- can I upload a MediaFire download link to my resource pack?

I don't want the mods to ban me for being untrustworthy, so I want to know if I am allowed to use a Mediafire link in my dowloads to create resourcepacks over 15MB. I read the terms and conditions for this website, and found that I needed to be lvl20 to use an external download method, but I am still unsure.

They would probably give a warning first anyway. I don't think they would ban you instantly for this.

you have been able to use external websites just non adlink/shorteners until lvl 20

Yea if its to big to be uploaded directly an External Download is also an Option
