I am trying to render the texture of scaffolding in block bench but can't figure it out. I want to keep the same base texture with just the modified top. I imported the necessary png's per directions I found online, but I am unable to "paste" or import them into the 3D render model area itself if that makes sense. Help would be much appreciated!

I just figured it out, this probably should have been intuitive but for anyone one wondering, you need to add cubes on the right hand side and make a model of the correct shape first to then apply the texture to.
