I've seen profile pets (like Powder Puffs and Topper the Penguin) on peoples banners and i want to see how to get them.

Does it work if you dismiss your current pet?
I can't seem to find anything new anywhere and when I do it's ones that other people had found last year or something ugh...

I think you can find profile pets when you have a pet online or dismissed. I found Batty and Speck multiple times while having Ender as my online pet.

Around holidays and special times, You'll see them walking around your page. If you see one, click on it. You can now equip it and it'll be on your profile

The pets can be found during special(mostly seasonal) events. During this time they will randomly appear while browsing the website.
If you find one, you have to click on it and you will get a trophy. If you have the trophy earned, you can go to your trophy case and summon/dismiss the pets from there.
