Help I cant download any skins from PMC

I suddenly cannot download any skins from pmc today, when I click download, It opens the link for the download, but I don't get any prompt to download or to save file. But I can download other things from Pmc just fine.
This also happens in incognito chrome (so my extensions arent the cause) so is there a fix?

found a fix where it isn't as time consuming! if you right click, open in new window and then reload the page, it will download for you.
oh okay and open the skin page in a new window? or the download link?
aa no, it's happening to me too so i made an account to save the skins i wanted >w< hope it's fixed soon !!!
Dang, And I found a way of downloading the skins, you gotta download skin, then click on open on new tab, then quickly refresh that new tab before it closes, then it will download the skin, but its kinda inconvient.
seems so difficult :( i just want to them fix it now, i have so many skins ive found.
Real sorry this is happening, it sounds so annoying for you guys!
