you could use curseforge and link to it here
When you get to level 20 u can use ufile.
Importtant point about this service:
"As a guest user, your file upload(s) will be hosted for a maximum of 30 days."
You need to use google drive, dropbox or mediafire and link it to your entry. There is a limit of 15MB on PMC
Mediafire (one of the many file hosting sites; this one seems popular on PMC) allows up to 4Gb per file. [Or search for other free file hosts.]
