I dont understand what they want from me...The plugin does not support the normal display of nicknames in the player scale

Tab has support for PlaceholderAPI, use the extension for that. (/papi ecloud download Essentials)
After that use these placeholders.
%essentials_afk%
%essentials_nickname%
I don't use this myself as I find luckperms a better option for this. But it should work.
