How do i stop getting lag on Hypixel?

Normally i do not have lag on any server but now i have like 300ms ping on Hypixel, the weird fact is that i do not get it on any other server except Fruitservers, also i live far from the servers that may be the cause though. Google speedtest says i have good internet but idk why hypixel says that i have terrible ping

Lag, fps comes with lag tho

Stop playing on hypixel.
Anyway, maybe try to use optifine/sodium
