Hi, i'm currently trying to make a uhh... bungee server but my IP does not connect and everything is configed right.. Now i tried getting free hosting but my problem is there is no free hosts iv tried trials but they always are uhhh very short or i need to put in a CC which i dont have. If you know a free hoster please! Send it! Info: up to 100 players 24/7 and must have bungee support

Open wallet or make very good friends. Without that you're not getting what you want.
No server provider will give you 24/7 access with customization options (BungeeCord support, etc.) and that high of a player cap for free. Sites like Aternos and MineHut can provide small servers for free because they make their money back via ads, but if you want that kind of a personalized server, you'll have to pay something. Nodecraft is a great host and the one that I personally use and recommend, but there are many other great, cheap hosts out there as well.
It is very unlikely you'll find a free option that can handle that many players. You can try to find someone with a personal server to host it but that might be difficult.
You could try to use a free server as the bungee bridge but for what you are asking you'll want a premium host. For bungee you need 3 servers, 1 for bungee bridge and at least 2 regular servers for the bungee bridge to work properly.
minehut.com gives you free servers, but no standalone bungee for only your server, all servers are connected to eachother
