My problem is : when I create a new world, there are parts of the world that somehow appeared in the new world and those parts were exactly the same from the last time I played the other worlds. This is what happen to my minecraft normal world :

Delete the entire world, and rename it. That's the easiest way of fixing it.
it happen to me a several time and it causing lots of lag to my computer...
the flat desert is one of my old flat world ( I just notice that and I already deleted it for a long time ) but the biome is my new world that i just created.
Well, the main thing whether you've figured it out by now or not is that you have your main seed. A normal world, that somehow got changed, and is now set as a flat-world desert seed by the looks of it, the only way to fix this would be resetting the world.
I'm not sure what the problem is exactly
