Texture Pack not showing up

today, when downloading a texture pack, it wouldn't show up at all, i installed the texture pack and did everything correctly, i deleted the texture pack, re-downloaded it, and installed, but it still didn't show up...

If you open the zip file, is there a one folder or assets folder, pack.mcmeta and pack.png files?
If the first one - unpack the zip and put the folder in Minecraft resourcepacks folder
If the first one - unpack the zip and put the folder in Minecraft resourcepacks folder
