I Thought BungeeCord was only for not home hosted servers? Well, anyways, i would need a video on how to set it up... so if you can find me one, i would appreciate it!!!!
The same as any other server that lets you switch servers, just that you have a single server dedicated to connecting to the others.

Pretty much a server, with one plugin, where you step through a portal and you are POOF on another server, with like 3 server portals, so you join the hub server and can pick which server you want to join! :C 6
What do you mean by hub?
