Port forwarding not working!!!
Hello, I'm trying to set up a server, so I need to port forward, I know how, but there's a problem. I am supposed to type 192.168.2.1 into my URL bar. The first time I did this it worked, but I didn't know what to set the settings to to port forward so I closed it. Now I know but when i type 192.168.2.1 into the URL, this comes up after a few seconds:
The connection was reset
The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.
The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few
moments.
If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network
connection.
If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure
that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.
Why is this???

Ok first whats kindof brand you got.And go to whatsmyip.org to find IP easier!
You are trying to access your router which will most likely be 192.168.1.1
If you don't know your routers IP goto start -> run -> cmd -> type in ipconfig -> and it will be your default gateway. That is your router IP.
Then you will need to know the admin login for your router. If this has not been set a simple search on google will find the default login information. Usually its admin and nothing for the psw.

locate CMD.exe type in ipconfig > locate IPv4 Address. put the IPv4 Address into your IPv4 into your brower see if that works, if not i would recommend using Hamachi.
look up your external ip instead thats your local ip
