I think this is the factions plugin but i am not sure... anyway this isnt my server that i am asking for, but whenever i speak it says a**TimeLords 5[Member] spoonodeath... my goal is to rid myself of the a and the 5

Generally changing your name is server side. I don't think you'll be able to change this.
