Need help with Permissionsex
Hey guys,
I recently installed PermissionsEx since nobody could use any commands on the server, the only problem is, I'm sure I've done everything right, I added essentials.ban to the Admin bit, and put myself into the Admin group, but it still says I do not have permissions to run most commands.
It works with CoreProtect, I made it so Admins and Mods can only use the Inspect tool, and it works for me, I can't use anything but that.
Can someone help please?

I used to use GroupManager years back on my old server, it is so much better.
I had to install the snapshot version of Essentials to get this to work though.

GM For the win! PEX is like Lol, its easy, thats why I play Dota2(Group Manager). huhehueehuhe.

I used PEX once, it was horrible.
It's a lot more simple than GM; for one thing, everything is in the same file.
PermissionEX is definitely the superior but if you don't know what you're doing than yes just use GM

I switched to GroupManager and now everything works fine.

That bukkit ban permission might be in the way. Type /eban and let me know how that work's out.

PEX is kinda weird, even thou like no one will agree with me better use GM (GroupManager). Its easyer to manage and it works with all plugins. (for all plugins we use atleast)
I'll also add that there are no errors in the console and I'm running Spigot.
