Hey,
My server is currently running at very high ram for it's normal. Everyday it goes all the way up to the maximum ram usage of 2048MB. It usually starts after a fresh restart at around 1299/2048MB and progressively gets higher and higher as the day goes on.
I really need help finding out what plugin is causing this high ram usage. We have gone though and tested a large number of the plugins by removing them from the server.
Please let me know what plugins might be causing the high ram or anything els you think may be causing the servers high ram.
Plugins:
-Worldborder
-Meow
-HorseKeep (Tested)
-GroupManager
-WorldEdit
-NoCheatPlus (Tested)
-BukkitCompat
-VoxelSniper
-NBTEditor (Tested)
-mcore
-Vault
-HorseRacingPlus (Tested)
-WorldGuard
-HeadConomy (Tested)
-SilkSpawners (Tested)
-CookieGiver
-HugsandSlaps
-CraftBay (Tested)
-LimitedCreative
-CrackShot (Tested)
-ChunkKeeper (Tested)
-Lockette
-SchedualedAnnouncer2
-ClearLag (Tested)
-ProtocalLib (Tested)
-DeathMessages
-Votifier
-FoundDiamonds
-Essentials
-HeroBounty
-InSigns (Tested)
-Enjin plugin
-Scoreboard signs (Tested)
-EssentialsProtect/spawn/antibuild/chat
-ChestShop (Tested)
-Timeismoney (Tested)
-Factions (Tested)
-FactionChat (Tested)
(Tested) = Has been removed and checked to see if it causes a lot of ram usage
I'm starting to run out of ideas on what to test and if testing it (Removing it and looking at the ram) would even work.
Please let me know what you guys think.

r.1 over time players will move around create objects destroy objects spawn animals create ticks load new terrain this is where the lag comes from building up
op.1 i would create a restart script so that way it restarts it unlaoding the loaded chunks
op.2 i would install spigot.jar instead of bukkit as you can get alot more tps out of it
op.3 mv purge purgeing worldborder
hp.i would check /lag once and a while and check you log for bugs
what i would do make a restart script and install spigot.jar
