In 1.20.4 they made minecraft:grass_block to minecraft:short_grass but is there any way to revert it?

While grass block / short grass / tall grass make make sense, so does grass block / grass / tall grass and the annoyance of the change far outwieghs any benefit.
This looks like either churning to increase the size of the change/improvement log or some non-programmer supervisors anal retentiveness about naming.
Stare decisis is a principle that is even more valid in programming than in law.]

Yes it so annoying for devs to have to change stuff for different versions and to even know what it changed to!
