Group Manager Help!?!?

I have been trying to use Group Manager in my bukkit server, but I do not know if it is working right. One problem for sure is that I really want there to be something before players' names that indicate what rank they are for example: Mine would be: [Owner]ribbygreen
But I am not setting it up right because it doesn't work. Please help me!
It would be really helpful if someone could look at my groups.yml and users.yml and tell me what I'm doing wrong

I just finished setting up group manager a few days ago. If you are ingame do /mangaddv (Group) prefix (what you want teh prefix to be)
Here's an example: /mangaddv Owner prefix &4[Owner]&f
If the &f is so the name after it is white.
If you don't have a plugin that suppors colors jsut do
/mangaddv Owner prefix [Owner]

Always users this : http://yaml-online-parser.appspot.com/ If it runs threw successfully you have completed your .yml completely. I would check the essentials config area to see if you have the server to reconginze your {prefix} or your {Group's} and etc.
