Can you Host or know of free Server Hosting???
Please post here if can host a server for me for FREE. I know it sounds like alot but it would mean alot to me! Or just send a link to a Free Server hosting! Thank you so much!

Free server hosting is extremely rare, and good free server hosting is basically non-existent. It would be easier in your circumstances to host the server on your computer and opening it to the public with port forwarding, there are plenty of tutorials for it around.
