So, I'm making a map that involves custom items. The problem is, I can't seem to link it to a texture. I tried to give it a texture in items.json of a resource pack, but that didn't work. Do I have to put it somewhere else? Thanks!

Hopefully this tutorial can help you, it's for giving custom named items a texture, it's a little bit outdated but %99 of it is still relevant, comments normally contain any fixes you need (normally just a renamed folder) hope this helps!

This seems to be a java edition tutorial, while I'm on bedrock. Thanks anyways though

Ah, ok, Sorry can't help much there, for future reference though always try to specify if it's bedrock. you don't really need to with Java as that's what people assume it is if you don't state a version

Lol, yeah. @Butterslingshot if you're checking in the bedrock section, assume that the player posting is playing in bedrock.
