How to change the format of my skins?

Hello, on the web I would like to know how to change the skins from Java format to Bedrock format and from Bedrock format to Java format since there is no option or button, it seems strange that they have not put any of them or I am probably wrong, I just want know where it is or how I can do it :D

It's all about skin resolution.
Bedrock accepts both 64x64px and 128x128px, while Java support only the first one (and legacy 64x32 format).
All you have to do if you have 128x128px skin for Bedrock is scale it down by 50% in any graphic editing program supporting transparency or directly in PMC skin editor if it supports changing skin resolution.
Keep in mind that scaled down skin might lose some details, so any quality issues will have to be fixed manually.
