Can I update my world?

Minecraft 1.21 is coming out soon, but how do I update my world?
Since 1.20 is about to update into 1.21, how do I update my world to have all the new features (trial chambers, armadillos, new wolf variants, wind charges etc.)
I have built so much in this world.... How do I update it to have all the latest features. Will it have the trial chambers?

Yes, in chunks that have never been loaded, there could be a trial chamber.

Alternately, you could use something like MCA Selector to prune generated but unused/unvisited chunks from the world which would allow them to regenerate with the new worldgen protocols.
[Being certain to make a backup and work on a copy 😇 ]

Perhaps you acn find an equivalent utility for MC-BR….
[Possibly you could also edit the region files manually (Eeek!), not familiar with MC-BR and its systems.]
