u are both wrong! On new server sometimes they actully ask people if they wanna be admins And if u know someone that made a server im pretty sure he or she would say yes. And thats not always the servers that get griefed cuz thats the place with admins or ops from the start!

If you want to be an Admin or Moderator on a server you have to play on it a bit first.
Find a server that you really like, play on it, contribute to the server, and you'll most likely get noticed.
If I was an Admin I'd most definitely be looking for someone who contributes to the server and helps other people out.

U don't ask to be an admin or op on a server.....U actaully have to play on it for a good amount of time be mature and not ask "Can i be an op plz u can rly trust me i promise."
