Would you rather...
Be able to rewind time by up to about 30 seconds, and be able to change stuff. BUT THE WORK THAT YOU'VE DONE IS ALSO REWINDED BY 30 SECONDS.
OR
Be able to stop time for any amount of time and do whatever you want.
In both scenarios, everyone knows your secret and thinks it's perfectly normal, and it doesn't end the universe or anything. But you can't jump forward, so if you go back 30 seconds, you have to live it out. You can spam rewind, but don't go, like, a day back.

If you stopped time you might not be able to start it up again, it was not said that would happen, plus if you need more time to do something you can just rewind time as much as you want.
yeah, but if you rewind time, your work isn't saved.
well you can at least be able to jot it down instantly and continue from there
