the internet speed differs from browser to browser and the connection too. i got the speed checked through Scanmyspeed.com
this is the result when i checked my speed connection using FireFox
Downloads:1.736Mbps
Uploads: 0.825Mbps
this is the result when i checked my speed connection using chrome
Downloads:1.94Mbps
Uploads: 0.753Mbps
is this correct? will it happen to all or to me?

This is probably because I have the worst wireless router in the history of the universe.

Your router has nothing to do with it, I'm almost certain. It's probably your modem that's giving you problems.

Oh god... I don't want to share my results, partly because it shows my location and partly because they are simply pathetic. That's what happens when you sign up with ComcASSt.

They don't show your location.. You can choose an auto search for a server and it finds the best one for your connection... I live 50 miles from my one

And I thought MY internet connection was slow.

Sadly I have no idea if that's good or not. I'm guessing the download speed sucks.
