Oooh... that's... ironic a for a forum about Minecraft, but... no judgement, no judgement... Oh well. I'm assuming I'd be right anyway. As for me, I like playing the older versions of the game. It's less "cluttered", so to speak. Less performance problems. Less... nonsense with the chat, too.

I don't blame you for not owning it, it's not too replayable and it gets tiring fast if you don't actively have something to do. I've been playing this stupid game since I was a kid. Pirated it and later bought it. Honestly, haven't played Minecraft 1.20 yet, and I doubt I will. It's really only fun when you have a bunch of people in a server at once.
Oh, and if you have to make the choice between Java and Bedrock, you should probably go with Java Edition if you want more control over your gameplay experience.

I'd say for one I got lucky. I met amazing friends who helped me a lot and gave me so much publicity... Then, I made a lot of posts and uploaded a lot of content, so it helped with the xp. As for the motivation... It mostly comes from my friends, and I lost it more than once. But once again, with the help of my closest friends, I got it back.
