What do you hate or dislike about school???
What could you change and how would you fix school problems?
How could school be perfect for you?

I believe school will be at least somewhat better when we make the educational methods actually effective (not boring, cringy, confusing, too difficult, or anything else like that) and also improve the environment where everything takes place (e.g., set effective systems for punishing evildoers among students, faculty, and staff.)
Also, we need less emphasis on "school pride" and other such cliches. The point of an educational institute is for providing information and not boasting about how allegedly great and achieved it is. Many people are not at a particular institute by choice, so not necessarily everyone can be expected to be so enthusiastic.
Ultimately, I guess this is why homeschooling is more or less better than traditional schooling (both public and private school) in a number of ways. Homeschooling is decentralized and easier to adapt to people's needs. It's not necessarily perfect as it may have more limits on resources and social aspects depending on how things are, but at the very least homeschool has less influence from third-party entities with ambiguous intentions and dubious methods.
I might make some posts on my Blogspot talking more about this subject because I think there's quite a couple things that need to be addressed regarding the school system. It is one of a number of systems which should undergo some revamping.
(EDIT: Altered some wording so it makes more sense.)

my school is the closest you can get to perfect. but the regular school system - huge classes, having to dumb it down, not able to focus on individual students, homework, a lot of other stuff... my school attempts to fix it by having one-to-one classes and a "homework cafe" to meet friends and get homework help, along with a customizable schedule.
