So, Today I found myself browsing the skin section of PMC and found myself reporting so many skins...like seriously I reported every skin on this guy's profile because he copied other's work.

So Question. How do I become a moderator, I feel like usually when I report a submission, nothing happens. I also feel like I want to deal with plagiarism since it's not victimless.

So yea. Thats my question.
