I felt sick and had a headache after looking at it, but that's because I am sick and already had a headache. It's sort of creepy, but I sincerely doubt that it does anything else.
It did make me feel weird. I believe it was because the way it was painted makes the seer feel uncomfortable at the strange image. It must have been a smart artist.

It was accually in Matthew Santoros video but it wasn't the boy crying. It is the "Boys hands resist you" one.
I felt dizzy and weak, but that's just because I haven't eaten. I felt that before I saw it.
