I love eating plastic/ceramic/wooden bowls for breakfast. Really nutritious indeed.
Sometimes it's not enough so I eat a chunk of the table for good measure

Z. ) None of the above. ✔
Most commercial breakfast cerials that I eat [few and rarely], I eat dry as I treat them as effectivly being candy given the typical sugar content.

I think this is an America moment
There should be cereals sold that have no sugar content though?

RE this being limited to the USA: Not in a position to comment, my travels having been largely long ago and under circumstances where the issue did not arise.
There are, but ithe commercailly available ready to eat cearals (outside what is humorously refered to as the chocolate coated sugar bomb aisle) are [IMO] so unattractive as to be unworth eating…
[Even many of the cooked cereals (e.g. instant oatmeal) have so much sugar and added chemicals that I prefer to avoid them.]
If one is forced to make a cold breakfast, bread (including bagels / rolls / muffins) and cheese or ready to eat sausage (including some non-traditional fare such as salami) with {possibly} fruit are at least as fast and far better [in both taste and nutrition].
