go to google chrome.
go to the 3 line picture thing on the right corner of google chrome.
search in the search bar at the top of the settings page "cache" click clear browsing data then click empty cache and ok.

your cache is well like a sort of filter almost like it I have to clear mine some times if something does not work once I clear it, it works fine

Im using safari on a macbook 13" i tried Google chrome and the same thing happens I have been banned before so i dont know if that disabled it
