Gaming Laptop?
I am looking for a gaming laptop that has 8gb of RAM preferably with Windows 7 but Windows 8 is also ok. I will play Minecraft and Battlefield 4 on it. I don't want to spend more then at least $600.

when my $600 laptop can barely run many games on Dolphin at above 35fps.
Install DerectX.
thats how I get Super Mario Galaxy 2 running at 60fps on my 500$ laptop.
I highly doubt that.
What are your laptop specs?

If you're not building one and you absolutely want a laptop, I think that's about as good as it gets for your price range.
Desktops are cheaper though...

All I cared about is that it could run Skyrim and Terraria

I don't think you'll find a gaming laptop for that price... but I recommend the Lenovo Y580 for $1000 (it's the cheapest I could find) Hope I helped.
You won't get one at that price, sorry. If you need portable computing, I suggest you build a cheap-ish but still good desktop for around $450 and use the remaining money to buy a tablet for your portable computing. Although, really, most smartphones can do so much these days that tablets aren't really that useful as a separate purchase, IMO. Anyway, you're going to have to choose between gaming or portability if your budget is $600.
The Note 3 can run SSBB on Dolphin at 30fps.
Very good for a mobile device, especially when my $600 laptop can barely run many games on Dolphin at above 35fps.

You will not find a laptop capable of playing BF4 above 20 fps on lowest settings under $600, unless it is a preowned laptop that has decent specs.
Laptops are expensive, especially when it comes to gaming. If you want to play BF4 at sub $600, build a desktop.
If you are set on buying a laptop, buy a 4GB laptop that has an extra slot. RAM is cheap, and you could upgrade to 8GB cheaper than if it was included.

I can almost garuntee you will not find a laptop that has 8GB of RAM for under $500. Most of the pre-built models for that price range don't have decent graphics cards either.
If you want what you're looking for, you're looking at building one unless someone finds you an amazing deal.
