This uses the best, latest APU, has a lot of room to upgrade in the future, and is right at your budget. The only thing that this does not have is a WiFi card, but WiFi is not all that great for gaming online. If you want WiFi, you can always grab a USB WiFi adapter at Best Buy or something.

Both of the computer up top will do what you want them to do. They aren't the best computers in the world but they will work for what you want them to do. The on'y thing I am not sure about is the CPU personally I don't like AMD CPUs I like the intel ones better.

Well, I do know what I'm talking about and all of those parts are the best bang for the buck. As you can see from my signature and here, I've built my own for $2000+. I also have many part lists here and other PC builders on this website can vouch for me.

Thank you!
I appreciate it! I understand I can buy off of other websites like eBay&Amazon to lower the price? And I know you done alot for me... but is there anyway you can prove to me that you aren't some 10year old kid trying to trick me out of $650? that is alot of $$$$$!

I hope you understand! But you are AWESOME! Thank you!

This would be going a little over your budget, and would perform quite well.

This one is MUCH better, double the RAM with a better CPU and Motherboard. It does go a little out of your price range.

Just to let you know I am only 12... I am willing to try the best I can and i have always wanted to build my own... so please don't take this note as a 'No Thank You' I want TO DO IT!

What is this computer going to be used for?

MineCraft Gaming... I want to be able to record with about 40fps.
What is your budget?

About $500

Where do you live? If in the US, do you have a nearby Microcenter?

StLouis. Missouri; USA, never heard of MicroCenter (acording to google maps its 41mi away!)
What is included in the budget?

OS; Tower; I have a Monitor and Keyboard and Mouse, anything else?
Will you be overclocking?

Well should I? It doesn't sound nessecary for what i will be doing.
Will you be reusing any parts?

I dont think so.
What OS do you want?

Windows 8.1 can do Windows 8.
Any specific case preferences?

black. Normal sized. look manly!
Any other special features that you want in the build?

I just want a normal computer that is better. Make sense? it must have WiFi and atleast 1 CD/DVD drive though!

Build one. Answer the questions and I will help.

What is this computer going to be used for?
List what you will be doing with your computer.
What is your budget?
Include amount and currency.
Where do you live? If in the US, do you have a nearby Microcenter?
Your country lets us know what sites you can order from. If you have a nearby Microcenter they have some great in-store only deals that you can take advantage of.
What is included in the budget?
Things like the tower, the OS, peripherals and monitors.
Will you be overclocking?
Overclocking will require different hardware than a non-overclocking build so we need to know this.
Will you be reusing any parts?
If you are reusing parts list them here.
What OS do you want?
Say which OS you want or say if you already have a copy of one.
Any specific case preferences?
Size, color, etc.
Any other special features that you want in the build?
Stuff like an SSD, large hard drive, RAID, and wifi
